Even Baking, Easy Release

A food-grade non-stick coating lets bread release cleanly every time. The vented base promotes even heat circulation throughout both pans, giving you better control over the process and a richer result. For batter-based recipes, a sheet of parchment paper is recommended to prevent any leakage.

Care Instructions

Lightly oil the inner walls before loading your dough. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maximise longevity. Avoid sharp utensils and abrasive cleaners. After washing, place the pans briefly in a warm oven to ensure all moisture, particularly from corners, is fully dried out.
